The review’s structure consists firstly on a title and
a subtitle. In the first two paragraphs the writer talks about his first
impression of the film before watching it and about its role in the development
of Pixar. The following four paragraphs provide a brief explanation of the main
plot of the film, with the addition of a fifth paragraph comparing it a bit
with other films that also approach the topic of the festivity present in the
film commented. In the last paragraphs the writer compares some aspects of the
film with mythology and makes a conclusion in where he mentions some thoughts
about the film message. The language used is rather formal, even though he is talking about a film for kids, but there are expressions that can be considered informal such as "folks". Some opinions included are, for example "In the real world, the Day of the Dead, with its endlessly
Instagrammable images, is danger of becoming the west’s condescending
gap-year obsession.". The reviews also provides links with information and facts about "the Day of the Dead" in order to understand better the film and the festivity.
